We started providing homeowner manuals to builders in early 2006 with the intention of increasing our client's customer satisfaction at a reduced cost.

Several years and thousands of homes later we discovered that the typical builder's hand-over materials include only a fraction of the information necessary for resolving warranty issues, maintaining the home and its components, and operating the facility.

Since this discovery, CONASYS has dedicated itself to advancing the standards of information disclosure in the new home construction industry.
